Gals, what casual clothes do you like guys to wear that impress you for dates, etc?

Ladies, does it matter to you how guys dress? Do you really notice or care? Or does it really make no difference. Do you pay attention to the latest fashion trends, brands, jeans, shoes, price? As a guy,I see so many young guys on the street that seem to not put much pride or care how they look, with jeans that hang almost to the knee, don%26#039;t fit, like 3 sizes too big, etc. What do you gals think about current men%26#039;s fashion look?

I think what%26#039;s most important is %26quot;how%26quot; a guy wears stuff, not so much %26quot;what%26quot; he wears. And by that I mean, if his personallity seems to clash with what he is wearing or if it seems he is trying to be something he%26#039;s not just to impress a girl it is really obvious. If you are looking for a long term relationship, your clothes should fit your personalitiy. I LOVE it when guys wear jeans and a nice fitting shirt (personally, I like baggy jeans as long as the shirt%26#039;s tight) and then something that is totally %26quot;them%26quot; and not just chosen because they are %26quot;in style%26quot;. Like a fave hat that may be all worn out and faded. My husband has this leather flight jacket with Nasa patches on it. I just love it on him because it is unique. Don%26#039;t be afraid to be YOU and be proud to display it in your clothes. (Got a fave band? Rocker shirts are awesome!)
Reply:Ok first of all clothes do matter and jeans to your knees or even past your butt is a total turn off to (I hope) every woman. Lets see I dont like a guy that is too fashionable. Loose fitting jeans that are just above the butt not hitting the ground at the hem is perfect for guys!!! And for shirts I used to love a button down striped (urban or old school kind of look). I met my boyfriend and he wore tons of shirt that werent quite my style. They were either plain or a random shirt saying things like %26quot;Go F*** yourself I%26#039;m an A$$hole and I approve this message%26quot;, %26quot; Local Celebrity%26quot;, and %26quot;if your already this close why dont you suck my d**k%26quot; . Ya they sound concieced and obnocious to me, but I love him and he thinks there funny. I dont care if he wears them or not and he doesnt wear them as much now that were together, thank god! But some of them ARE funny and if thats his style I will love him anyway cause I know he loves me. To tell you the truth I found his %26quot;your already this close why dont you suck my...%26quot; and was like hahaha why dont you wear this? He thought I would be offended well I wore it the day I saw it while he was at work. As long as he doesnt wear a big red polka dot bow with pink spandex shorts and leg warmers I will love him.
Reply:The style of clothing should be suitable for the date or activity you%26#039;re on. So don%26#039;t dress like you%26#039;re going to shoot hoops with the guys if you%26#039;re taking her out to a nice restaurant. Likewise, don%26#039;t over-dress if you%26#039;re meeting at the park to do some sort of physical activity. Dress the part.





And as long as everything appears to be neat and clean (no food or sweat stains, no odors, no tears, no wrinkles), and everything coordinates well (no plaid pants with striped shirts), you should be fine.





If a girl you%26#039;re dating is concerned more with brand names and prices over you, well then she is probably not the type of person you%26#039;d want to be with anyway.

Reply:I love a guy that can dress. Its a real turn on. It shows that he cares about his personal appearance. I like when guys wear button downs and sweaters. A pair of jeans (not too baggy or torn up) with a nice shirt always looks good too. I really don%26#039;t care for the tight t-shirt look but to each his own.

Reply:Fashion matters alot when I check out guys. The nicest look right I feel is the collar shirt with like a nice layered graphic design on one side of the chest. Nice FITTED jeans with a worn in look to them, and a complmentary colored shoe to top it all off.
Reply:yes. it matters sooooo much how you dress. you want to make a good impression? yes. i thought so. wear nice jeans. not baggie. and a dressy not to dressy shirt mostly light blue or white
Reply:I think that it should be clean cut, but not business-style. Jeans and a t-shirt that fit right can really make a guy look good! Also, just me, but I like skater shoes better on guys. I don%26#039;t know, it all depends on what they like, but yes, I definately notice when guys don%26#039;t take pride in how they look, and it matters!
Reply:It doesn%26#039;t really matter to me what he wears, he just has to wear it well. Clothes need to fit. Jeans need to be long enough - no highwaters please! The shirt must be tucked in and wear a belt for heaven%26#039;s sake. Shoes...I like the hiking boot style or he could wear a nice pair of athletic shoe. No dressy shoes with jeans. Oh, and I also like a baseball cap it%26#039;s real casual. Nothing more cute than a guy in a cap...makes them look boy-ish and a little more innocent. And I realize this is not a clothes issue, but let%26#039;s not forget the face...shave. You want me to shave my legs, you need to shave your face.





The biggest turn off for me is the pants too big and I can see you undershorts. If I want to see them I%26#039;ll take your pants off. Win-win for everyone there. Otherwise, wear pants that fit.

Reply:Yes it matters. I like a guy that looks put together and fashionable but not so much so that he looks like he%26#039;s trying too hard. Sometimes when I see these guys all decked out I just laugh. They look ridiculous. They should put more time into developing their character and less time into their fashion plans. A nice fitting pair of jeans that hug your butt is always a good option. That%26#039;s what my hubby always wears and ***purrrrrr*** I like it! Shoes are important--avoid converse at all costs.
Reply:As long as they are clean, not wrinkly and are not showing any underwear they are good to go.
Reply:Blazer jacket and jeans. And prob. some clean sneakers. Oh man, oh man. That%26#039;s so hot!





Wear that baggy crap only if your girl isn%26#039;t sophisticated enough to appreciate class/style.

any age--- a nice pair of jeans and collared shirt look great... just be clean and pressed. try abercrombie or aeropostale...
Reply:I honestly don%26#039;t care what brands he wears...vintage is really sexy on any guy.





My only advice is to wear clothes that fit well...not clothes that are too big or hang off (that%26#039;s not cool anymore.)





also...my boyfriend likes to wear tight pants to show off his package (he thinks people respect him more...)
